How it works

What happens, step by step.

Nothing clinical is asked for on the booking page, and if your doctor decides your case needs to be seen in person you are refunded in full.

  1. You choose a consultation and a day

    Pick the consultation you need and a day a doctor is available. Nothing clinical is asked for on this page.

  2. You pay to confirm it

    The fee is the published price for the consultation you chose. You can cancel free up to 24 hours before and be refunded in full.

  3. We confirm the time and your doctor

    You receive the appointment time and the name and grade of the doctor you will be seeing.

  4. You meet your doctor

    The consultation is held by video, in Arabic or English, from wherever you are. If your doctor decides at the outset that your case needs to be seen in person, the session ends there and you are refunded in full.

  5. You receive a written plan

    A written care plan follows the appointment, along with any medication changes, tests or follow-up arranged.

Is virtual care right for you?

We help assess and monitor a range of stable concerns that are clinically suitable for virtual care. Your doctor may recommend an in-person assessment or additional tests when needed.

If you are not sure, book an initial suitability consultation. We review your health needs briefly, decide whether virtual care is appropriate, and point you to the right consultation or care pathway.

In an emergency

Virtual care is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, weakness on one side, a serious fall or any sudden severe symptom, go to the nearest emergency department or call 997.

Preparing

What to have ready.

None of it is complicated, and having it beside you means the appointment is spent on you rather than on looking for things.

  • Your national ID or Iqama
  • Where you will be during the call, so the doctor knows which services are available near you
  • A list of every medicine you take, including anything bought without a prescription
  • Recent test results, scans or hospital letters, if you have them
  • A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a quiet, private place to sit
  • A family member or carer with you, if you would like one
